Wow! Although CNY fall in Jan 2025, yet PropNex conducted a total of 33 events (sorry, if I had missed some of your records), which includes Consumer Empowerment Seminars, Power Project Sharing (especially on new launch projects), trainings (such as Jumpstart 1 &2, and many more…). So in total, excluding public holidays, PropNex conducted close to 2 events per day. Amazing!
I’m sure such events had contributed to the higher sales % in many new launches where PropNex is part of the JMAs. Hence in many new launched projects, PropNex alone had achieved 40+%, some with 50+%, the difference of the % are shared by 2 or more JMAs. Congratulations & thank you PropNex. (10 Jan 2025).

We spent the whole day, starting with breakfast in JB, followed by market tour, shopping and karaoke session.

Attended PropNex annual convention 2024 on 13 March 2024 and received my Top 10 Senior Group District Director award (#06). Thanks to all the champions in William Goh & Tricia Ong Districts.
Such grand event is also a great environment to meet & mingle face to face with many positive vibes PropNexians, some whom I had not meet for a long time. Awesome!

Virtual rental closing! Both my agt & tenant are oversea. Tenant viewed the unit virtually, then signed TA & comm form, virtually too!
Today tenant arrived Sg to take over the unit, brand new, just top, (instead of checking into hotel). As my agt is still oversea, I’m here to meet the tenant & LL to do inventory take over, then to sp to activate account.
Seems we are in virtual era already! A day may come tenant to meet the LL directly, just like checking into hotel on their own. Will it happen? May be possible, time will tell, haha…

Suddenly my boss, Cijay Tew WA me the following attachments. The Sph advertisements were on 29-11- 2006, wow 17+ years had passed, with the caption “Up & Coming”. Cijay was indeed a good fortune teller ah, haha…
I found Cijay from his Sph BO ad & joined him (then Team Manager) in PropNex on April 2006 as a rookie. Today I’m Senior Group District Director with a team of 100+ members in WGD.
I must say PropNex platform of unselfish sharing culture couple with the success proven training road map had groomed me to who I’m today. Thank your PropNex management especially Kelvin Fong, now Dy CEO, who previously was leading Mega Force team.
Before deciding to join Cijay in PropNex, I attended RES seminars from a few other agencies & meetups with the mentors too. Memorable.
My favourite advise to anyone who joined PropNex at age 10+ years younger than me will definitely be able to achieve their success or will achieve even better successes than me too. (27 Aug 2023)

Yesterday as I was about to leave PropNex office for home, suddenly a lady called me. Then I notice she is Samantha Han, just joined PropNex in June under WGD leader, Tricia Ong in Tricia Ong Division. Samantha is from Myanmar and she had stayed in Singapore for more than 20 years!
In my previous company I was attached to work at our Myanmar cigarettes factory for 1 year, in year 2000. Time flies it was 23 years ago. So I uttered a few sentences in Myanmar language and Samantha was shocked that I spoke like a Myanmar citizen, haha…
I also told her that when I went to the market in Myanmar & communicate in Myanmar language the hawkers assume that I am a Myanmese, haha…
Similarly, I was once attached to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and had picked up the language, the Vietnam people assume that I’m Vietnamese too, haha… (3 July 2023)

When WGD new RES, who don’t have any ready buyer, requested to visit a Showflat, I then ask WGD warrior, Renee Sim, who is Tembusu Grand PIC, for help to do the briefing to my new RES.

I started my real estate journey as a brand new Res 17+ years ago, after my early retirement from my 33+ years previous job, retired as a warehouse mgr. I don’t hv 4 O levels and I have grown to be a team leader in WGD leading a strong & capable team, some of them are also building their own team. What I have achieved today because #IAmgoodenough.
